All that tension is dialed up to great effect on “Broken Man,” the corrosive first single from her upcoming seventh album, “All Born Screaming.” One of my favorite things Clark has ever done is his menacingly badass live cover of Big Black’s “Kerosene,” and there are certainly echoes of that thrilling industrial sound here.

Universal Music Group Removes Songs from TikTok: More Bad News |

TikTok has started to remove songs published by Universal Music Publishing Group (UMPG) due to an ongoing licensing dispute with its parent company, Universal Music Group (UMG). A report has said that the short video format platform is losing more songs than anticipated, following the removal of songs owned or distributed by UMG in January.
A report by TechCrunch said that the removal affected all songs written or co-written by songwriters signed to UMPG, regardless of who owns the recording. This means even songs by artists on other labels could be impacted if they contain UMPG-controlled compositions.

YouTube Music allows users to search for songs from music

Badung Regency (ANTARA) – YouTube Music has reportedly released a feature to several small groups to allow users to search for songs whose references come from user mumbling.

In fact, a similar feature was released in the YouTube application for Android in October 2023 after being tested in August 2023.

And it seems that this feature was liked so much that the feature was finally extended to their special music application, namely YouTube Music.

Android Police reported that on Sunday (17/3), this feature began to be recognized on YouTube Music after one of its users uploaded via the Reddit forum

Japan’s Music Industry Is Making New Money on YouTube

When video-blogger Martina Sazunic moved from Seoul to Tokyo in 2016, she was shocked to learn that — unlike in South Korea — using music by some of Japan’s biggest pop stars on her YouTube channel was not permitted. V from Korean pop icons BTS will Tuesday unveil a live performance video in collaboration with French luxury brand Cartier in support of his – already hit – new digital single “FRI(END)S.”
